He has over 20 years of operations and supply chain consulting experience. He has been delivering proven sustainable operational, financial, and extra-financial results across multiple industries in different geographic areas worldwide – USA, France, Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, and Africa.

Rui has a great deal of expertise in designing and implementing complex transformation programs across various business functions. Rui’s experience includes delivering transformation & performance management programs across multiple industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Mining & Metals, Building Materials, Consumer Packed Goods, Transportation, Distribution and Logistics, Banking & Insurance and Pharmaceuticals.

He is committed to delivering the next level of business performance to Magellan’s clients by analyzing existing process flows, Target Operational Models, data & technology capabilities supporting the execution of companies’ strategy by applying Magellan Consulting 4.0™, pragmatic and modern approach.

Rui has a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, Portugal. He speaks fluently English, French, and Portuguese.

Emeric Fontan Tessaur is an Executive Vice-President Operations with Magellan Consulting Group. Emeric is a business transformation and change management expert with a solid track-record in operational & financial improvements.

He has more than 25 years of international consulting experience across multiple sectors, such as Industrials, Natural Resources, Financial Services, FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Construction.

Over the span of his career, Emeric has worked with Accenture, PwC, Proudfoot and the Metsa Group. In the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, he participated to the restructuration and closure of Lehman Brothers Europe.

Emeric works side by side with executives and mid-management to design and implement transformation programs across all levels of their organization [Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales].

Emeric has a Master from KEDGE, Ecole de Commerce and a BA Hons from Middlesex University, London in European Management. He speaks fluently English, and French.

Michel Robert is a Managing Partner with Magellan Consulting Group. She is an accomplished global CEO and dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, cultural transformation, and value creation across diverse industries. Her career is marked by successful turnarounds, supply chain optimization, and the integration of innovation and ESG principles into business strategy.

Her executive leadership experience includes CEO roles at General Electric (GE) Power Conversion Latin America, Stericycle Brazil, and Gerdau Summit. Most recently, Michele served as President and CEO of Silver Vase, North America’s most innovative orchid grower, where she led the second-generation, family-owned business through a period of accelerated growth and modernization.

At Gerdau Summit, a joint venture between Gerdau, Sumitomo Corporation, and Japan Steel Works (JSW), Michele made history as the first woman CEO in the global steel industry and led the company to achieve B Corp certification, underscoring her commitment to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility.

Beyond her executive roles, Michele is a Harvard Business School–certified Corporate Director and brings deep expertise in operations, strategic sourcing, and culture transformation. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Brazil-Florida Business Council and was an Independent Board Director at Construtora Tenda, Brazil’s largest publicly traded affordable housing company, from 2021 to 2025.

With an extensive international executive experience across the Americas, Michele holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and the University of Florida, respectively, as well as an Executive master’s in supply chain management from the University of Michigan. She is also a Motorola and GE certified Black Belt.

David Harrison is an Advisory Board Member with Magellan Consulting Group. David is an international supply chain expert with extensive experience building world-class supply chain strategy, process improvements, and robust teams with strong capabilities.

He has more than 30 years of expertise driving positive and significant ROI in terms of Cash Flow, EBITDA improvements, and shareholder value. He brings with him an extraordinary track record of reducing costs. Dave is a decisive and energetic leader with proven experience leading global teams through restructures and supply chain transformations that mitigate risks and enhance profitability.

David has experience across areas such as Manufacturing, Automotive [OEM and after-market], Packaging, Chemical, and Food Industries. Throughout his career, David has reengineered strategic global change within Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution. Dave partners with C-Suite, senior management, and frontline management; he brings to bear his wealth of knowledge, including a Masters in Finance, and a Bachelor Degree in Economics. He is fluent in English and German.
