Similar in structure and timeframe to Business Diagnostic but tends to be more detailed on typical Due Diligence aspects – minimize the possibility of unknown liabilities and risk and become more comfortable with the acquisition of the business. Its primary goal is to understand how efficient and profitable the business model is from an operations standpoint.
